Vivo is about to launch its new top-of-the-line smartphone, the Nex 2, with dual front-facing screens and triple camera, here's how to use the dual display
The company Vivo with its Nex 2 is ready to revolutionize the world of smartphone design forever. The Chinese company's flagship phone is expected to have two screens, one main and one at the back of the device, where three cameras will also find space.
Vivo Nex 2 will be, regardless, one of the most revolutionary design phones in the Android world. The Chinese company, after some rumors emerged in recent weeks, seems to have abandoned the project to include in the phone of the front retractable cameras like those seen on some Oppo devices. The Vivo Nex 2 however will be a revolutionary phone even without the cameras hidden in the screen. This is because it will have two screens, the main one will be full-view while the second one will have two bezels with three horizontally positioned rear cameras plus an LED flash. This way, to take a selfie you'll just have to turn the device around and frame yourself to perfection using the secondary display.
How the new Vivo Nex 2 will look
The Vivo Nex 2 will not have front cameras. For selfies you'll just need to use the smaller screen on the back and the three photo sensors already mentioned. In practice, depending on what we have to do we will just turn the smartphone to have different screen, cameras and functions. Of the three photo sensors, two will be used to take photos and videos, and will be included within a particular spherical and bright notch, while the third sensor will be a 3D Time of Flight (ToF), which will be used for applications and shots with augmented reality. It must be said that some doubts remain about this dual front-facing screen: for example, to unlock the screen with facial recognition every time we will have to turn the phone? Fortunately, the device will have a fingerprint sensor hidden under the main display.
