For lovers of international soccer the is coming a date to mark in the diary: Amazon Prime Video announces its first TV series on Paris Saint-Germain.
Amazon announced the inclusion in the Prime Video catalog, starting September 10, of a docuseries dedicated to Paris Saint-Germain that fans of the sport will appreciate. Prime Video is expanding the offer available to subscribers, not only movies and TV series, but also documentaries and events.
The docuseries on Paris Saint-Germain had been announced by Prime Video in the midst of a pandemic last year when the streaming giant had given official notice of the agreement taken precisely with the Parisian Football Club. Questa nuova serie si aggiunge ai lavori sullo sport e il calcio già realizzati e già trasmessi sulla piattaforma, come quello dedicato al Mancherster City e al Tottenham per la serie "All or nothing" che hanno riscosso il favore del pubblico. Amazon Prime Video, d’altronde, punta moltissimo sullo sport tanto che per le Olimpiadi di Tokyo 2020 sono stati diversi i titoli messi a disposizione per gli abbonati.
Paris Saint Germain
La terza squadra a cui Prime ha deciso di dedicare una produzione è il Paris Saint-Germain. Il 10 settembre troveremo disponibile a catalogo questa nuova docuserie con il titolo PSG Ô Ville Lumière, 50 Ans De Légende. La serie sarà suddivisa in quattro episodi.
Prime Video distribuirà in tutto il mondo questa nuova esperienza per agli amanti del calcio a esclusione di Cina e Medioriente, secondo quanto già stabilito con gli accordi iniziali stretti con il club francese.
La serie sarà Co-prodotta da PSG TV e CAPA e vede, come showrunner Manuel Herrero. Avremo la direzione di due registi: Benjamin Montel per due episodi e Sebastian Perez Pezzani per gli altri due.
Verrà mostrata la storia del club come mai fatto fino a oggi: vedremo una carrellata di vecchie leggende e nuovi giocatori che gli amanti del calcio non potranno che apprezzare. Vivremo la storia di questo club dal punto di vista degli atleti e dello staff di maggiore successo di Francia. Il Paris Saint Germain, d’altronde, è un club con fama internazionale.

Players, coaches and fans who together have faced the challenge of Ligue 1 and the UEFA Champions League over the last two seasons will be the protagonists of PSG Ô Ville Lumière, 50 Ans De Légende.
The docuseries also manages to give a fresh perspective on where this club, founded in 1970, has come to be today: PSG currently holds the French Cup.
In the episodes there are many footballers who participate with exclusive interviews in the series, including the best known: Rai, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, David Beckham, Ronaldinho, Youri Djorkaeff, David Ginola and Bernard Lama. All of them describe important moments of their careers dedicated to the team that is the symbol of Paris and France.
