According to the data released by EA, FIFA 18 and FIFA 20 count an incredible number of unique players and have been the best-selling games in Europe in 2017 and 2018.
There has been no shortage of criticism and some controversy, yet FIFA - the famous football game by Electronic Arts - continues to have no rivals, as shown by the data released just in these days by EA.
Not only FIFA 19 was the best-selling game in Italy during 2018, but both FIFA 18 and FIFA 19 were the best-selling videogames in Europe in 2017 and 2018.
The number of unique players (calculated in the year 2019, officially ended on March 31), then, is incredible: FIFA 18 and FIFA 19 count 45 million on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, not counting the mobile version of the game. FIFA Ultimate Team matches have instead increased by 15% and it is not surprising that rumors would like FIFA 20 - on which we still know very little - may devote more space to FUT mode, after the feedback.
In short, FIFA confirms itself as the most loved football game by users. The only thing left to do is wait for the new version and find out what's new...
