Huawei P40 Lite E is official on the Italian market: coming from the end of April at a price of 199 euros. Three rear cameras and 4000mAh battery
The Huawei P40 Lite E is also officially available in Italy: the smartphone can be purchased on the Huawei store and in major electronics stores from the end of the month. This is a low-cost smartphone with performance slightly lower than those of mid-range devices, but still acceptable, as evidenced by the 48-megapixel main camera. Also interesting is the price: 199 euros for the version with 64GB of internal memory.
The Huawei P40 Lite E is the fourth smartphone in the new Huawei series, although in other parts of the world it was launched under another name. A strategy, the one used by the Chinese giant, already seen in the past: diversify the market using the name of the main smartphones, starting right from the P series, the most famous and sold. The smartphone, like all those launched by Huawei in recent months, does not have Google services, replaced by the new Huawei Mobile Services: instead of the Google Play Store there is App Gallery.

What are the characteristics of the Huawei P40 Lite E? We are faced with a device of medium-low range, but still works quite well. The screen has a 6.39-inch diagonal with HD+ resolution. Under the shell we find a Kirin 710F processor (already seen on other devices and ensures decent performance), supported by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory, expandable via microSD up to 512GB.
Interesting is the photo compartment, especially for the price range. Triple rear camera with 48 Megapixel main sensor, 8 Megapixel secondary and 2 Megapixel depth camera. 8 Megapixel front camera, which can also be used for facial unlocking.
The battery is 4,000 mAh without support for fast charging. A fingerprint sensor is also located at the back. The smartphone comes to the market with Android 9 with EMUI 9.1 on board, in the future it could be updated directly to EMUI 10.1.
Price Huawei P40 Lite E
Huawei did not reveal the exact day when the smartphone will be launched, but only indicated the period: the end of April. The list price of the Huawei P40 Lite E is 199.90 euros (in combination also 15GB of space on Huawei Cloud and one month of premium account of Huawei Music), the device will be available for purchase on the website of the Chinese company and in major electronics stores.
