Instagram, quizzes in Stories: how they work

Another news for Instagram Stories. The Facebook-owned photo social adds a new sticker with the ability to create quizzes

The questions, evidently, were too limiting. So, to make the Stories even more interactive and engaging, Instagram developers have decided to add yet another feature. This is the quiz, as you might have guessed, are the "natural evolution" of the sticker questions, already present for some time within the social-photographic platform owned by Facebook.

Advertising the news is the same Instagram, with an explanatory video, shows how to make quizzes with Stories. Not that there was much to explain, since it is a normal sticker for Stories, but it could still be useful to novice users curious to find out how to insert multiple choice questions within their History. First of all, though, open the App Store or Google Play Store and update the app to make sure you have the latest version with quizzes.

How to make Instagram quizzes

As mentioned, inserting a quiz into an Instagram Story is anything but complex. Since it's just a normal sticker, all you have to do is create a new Story and, before publishing, swipe from bottom to top to access the gallery of Instagram stickers. Here you'll have to click on the Quiz sticker and wait a few moments: you'll see the interface of the new Instagram feature appear on your photo or video.

Now you just have to add the question with the various answers: you can insert from two to four options, so that users can have their say on the doubt that assails you.

How to see Instagram quiz answers

As is the case with open-ended questions and polls, Instagram also gives you the possibility to read the percentages of the answers given by your followers. All you have to do is enter the Stories you have uploaded in the last 24 hours by clicking on the "My Stories" button, upload the one with the quiz and wait a few moments: the photographic social network will show you the various options with the percentages they have collected.
