OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus Nord will be the company's next low-cost smartphone. On board will be the Snapdragon 765G with 8GB of RAM. Two will be the front cameras
OnePlus Nord will be the name of the next low-cost smartphone of the Chinese company. The confirmation comes from the documentary that the same company has published on social channels and of which today (June 30) was aired the first episode. And just within the episode is shown the name OnePlus North. With the new smartphone OnePlus wants on the one hand to return to its roots and on the other to launch a new range of devices designed for the mid-range.
In the last two years, also due to a considerable increase in component prices, it was lost a little 'philosophy that has always distinguished OnePlus: top smartphones at a lower price than the competition. Philosophy that now tries to recover with the OnePlus North. The smartphone is expected to be officially unveiled on July 10, but OnePlus has announced that the pre-order for the first 100 units will open on July 1 at 10:00 am. The fastest people will also be able to buy the OnePlus Nord with a €20 discount. As for the price of the smartphone, however, there is no news: it is rumored that it may cost less than 300 euros, but it seems difficult, taking into account the data sheet, which to all intents and purposes is that of an excellent mid-range.
OnePlus Nord, the characteristics
A smartphone that wants to challenge on equal terms the entire sector of the mid-range. L’azienda cinese vuole entrare nel settore puntando su alcuni aspetti peculiari: ottime caratteristiche, buona qualità del comparto fotografico e un prezzo davvero concorrenziale.
A bordo del OnePlus Nord ci dovrebbe essere il chipset Snapdragon 765G con a supporto 6-8GB di RAM e 128GB di memoria interna non espandibile. Lo schermo dovrebbe essere da 6,5 pollici con risoluzione FullHD+ e refresh rate a 90Hz.
Una delle novità riguarda il comparto fotografico. Nella parte frontale, infatti, troverà posto una doppia fotocamera frontale, con sensore principale da 32 Megapixel e secondario da 8 Megapixel. Nella parte posteriore, invece, troveranno posto tre sensori.
La batteria sarà da almeno 4000mAh.

Saranno tre le finestre temporali in cui sarà possibile comprare il OnePlus Nord.
