Pordenone, Juve Stabia and Virtus Entella are the three teams that participated in the first eSupercup Serie C.
The commitment of Juve Stabia in eSports is already well known, but it seems that the company is not the only one in our Serie C to want to invest in esportive activities.
The Pro League has in fact decided to establish a real eSports tournament, the eSupercup Serie C, which has the precise intent to bring young people to the teams of their territory. At the tournament, which was held Saturday, May 25 in Pordenone, have participated for the moment only the three teams that have won the championship - Pordenone, Juve Stabia and Virtus Entella - thus creating a three-way league almost parallel to the football competition. The eSupercup Serie C was played on PES 2019 in the presence of the president of the Pro League Francesco Ghirelli and saw Girolamo Goldenboy Giordano of Juve Stabia triumph.
"This tournament is a first stage of a path that looks to the future - said Ghirelli, as reported by La Repubblica - to meet young people who in this way will also have the opportunity to know more closely the reality of the teams of their territory."
