To activate special features or to change some settings of the voicemail you need to know some secret codes: here's what they are
In recent months we have learned to know very well Iliad, the fourth Italian telephone operator that in a short time has managed to win the trust of consumers thanks to a clear policy based on fixed prices that do not increase over time. Iliad's subscription also includes other features, such as the free voicemail that allows you to receive a notification or an email in case you don't answer a call.
To manage the features of Iliad's voicemail we have several tools: the Visual Answering Machine app, which only allows you to check the numbers that have searched for us and to listen to messages received; the personal area to manage the various options; secret codes that allow you to disable the voicemail or to increase its potential. If the first two tools are quite known by users, Iliad secret codes are a real novelty. Just type them on the screen of your phone to activate hidden features. Here's how to use them.
Iliad voicemail: app and personal area
For the voicemail Iliad has developed an ad hoc app: it's called Visual Voicemail and is available for free on the Google Play Store. The app allows you to check the calls you have received and the messages left on your voicemail by the people who have contacted you. But apart from these two features, the tools made available are quite limited.
To manage your voicemail, you need to access your personal area. After logging in with your credentials, you need to press on the menu item "Voicemail". A screen will open with four options that you can activate or deactivate: "Display the caller's number"; "Display for each message the date and time of the call"; "Protect access to your voicemail with a code", "Customize your voicemail announcement". I codici segreti Iliad: cosa sono e come utilizzarli
Né nell’app né nell’area personale è possibile disattivare la segreteria telefonica, oppure prolungare il tempo d’attesa prima del trasferimento della chiamata alla segreteria telefonica. Per farlo bisogna conoscere dei codici segreti. Ecco quali sono e come utilizzarli.
- ##002#. Partiamo dal codice più semplice e allo stesso tempo più importante. Digitando ##002# sullo smartphone, la segreteria telefonica verrà disattivata per sempre.
- **62*+393518995012#. Se abbiamo eliminato la segreteria telefonica, chiamando questo numero la riattiveremo nuovamente.
- ##21#. Con questo codice eliminiamo il trasferimento di chiamata alla segreteria telefonica in caso di chiamate in entrata
- ##67#. Se stiamo effettuando una chiamata e vogliamo disattivare al segreteria telefonica, basta digitare il codice ##67#
- **61*+39xxxxxxx*10*#. Codice un po’ complesso, ma molto utile sotto diversi punti di vista. Solitamente la segreteria telefonica Iliad parte in automatico dopo il quarto squillo. Per aumentare il tempo di attesa prima dell’attivazione della segreteria telefonica è necessario digitare **61*+39 seguito dal proprio numero di telefono. Alla fine bisogna mettere *10*#, dove 10 indica gli squilli dopo i quali attivare la segreteria. Si può mettere un qualsiasi numero: 10, 8, 15.
