The Red Magic 3, the new gaming smartphone made by the Chinese Nubia and that boasts a technical card that has nothing to envy compared to other top of the range devices on the market, has also arrived in Italy. The most interesting aspect of the smartphone, however, concerns the price: the basic version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory costs 479 euros. A highly competitive price for a device that mounts the Snapdragon 855 processor.
Nubia is a company not very well known in Italy, but in recent years has been appreciated for top of the range devices sold at super-competitive prices. It has also specialized in the niche of gaming smartphones by creating smartphones with innovative design and top performance. The Red Magic 3, for example, combines an extravagant design with unique features, such as the presence of the fan to decrease temperatures when you're playing.

The most interesting feature of the Red Magic 3 is definitely the screen. The display has a 6.65-inch diagonal with FullHD+ resolution and 90Hz fresh rate, ideal for gaming at its best. The presence of the notch and the not-so-optimized bezels make the smartphone rather large, but perfect for long gaming sessions.
Under the screen we find the Snapdragon 855 platform with the support of 6-8-12GB of RAM and 64-128-256GB of internal memory (three different versions are available). The photographic compartment is definitely not the most interesting part of the Red Magic 3: in the back there is the 48 Megapixel Sony sensor, present on all top of the range devices released in recent months, while in the front there is a 16 Megapixel lens.
The battery is 5000mAh with support for fast charging. The smartphone runs Android 9.0 Pie with Redmagic OS 2.0 interface. The weight is 215 grams, which is above average.
Red Magic 3, the smartphone designed for gamers
The Red Magic 3 is the first smartphone to integrate a fan that is activated only when we launch the game mode to decrease the internal temperature. It also has a liquid cooling system. There is also a game mode that can be activated with the dedicated hardware button: an ad hoc hub will appear on the screen where we can better manage some settings of the smartphone and the carousel of installed games.

The smartphone is already available on the official store of the smartphone. The price of the Red Magic 3 is 479 euros for the 8/128GB version and 599 euros for the 12/256GB model (in Italy only these two models are expected).
