The new smartphone from Wiko has arrived on the market: it is called Power U30 and has among its strengths some particularly enjoyable features and, not least, an extremely small price.
The flagship of the device, a large battery, designed to last really long.
The manufacturer tries again following the line that has become a hallmark of its proposals, or so much charge at a very low cost of sale. Without sacrificing some elements that have become indispensable on this type of device, Wiko Power U30 combines the production quality of the company with the search for a superior user experience. With this proposal, the house pulls out of the hat an alternative with a young and vibrant design in the most aggressive market segment, where alternatives must be noted for the technological sector, while remaining competitive from the economic point of view. Let's see how the device is convincing its audience.
Wiko Power U30, technical characteristics
On the front side of Wiko Power U30 is a screen of medium size, that is a 6.82-inch IPS display and HD+ resolution. Immediately, below, instead to handle all the operations of the phone, a processor from the MediaTek family, G35, with a combination of 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, expandable through the adoption of a microSD card purchased separately up to 256GB.
The photo/video section, another pleasant aspect of the model, presents on the back side a triple-module camera with 13MP main sensor, 2MP bokeh sensor and CMOS. At the top center of the panel, set in a teardrop-shaped notch, we find the cam for selfies and video calls, 8MP.
As anticipated, to power everything there is a battery with a remarkable capacity: 6000mAh, with support for charging 15W, for four days of autonomy declared thanks to an optimization system of software that allows a prudent management of consumption. Completing the picture are Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity, fingerprint reader (located near the photo module), 3.5mm audio jack for wired headphone use and USB Type-C cable slot for data transfer and charging.
With an average weight of 214 grams and dimensions of 173.8 x 78.6 x 9.45 mm, the company's cell phone takes advantage of the Android 11 operating system.
