OnePlus Nord, the average 5G smartphone goes low cost

OnePlus has announced the arrival of a new smartphone that will expand the OnePlus Nord family: what can we expect

A new smartphone that supports the 5G connection standard is coming to the OnePlus Nord series. The company had already confirmed the launch of other phones two months ago, during the presentation of the last model, and now a new teaser on Instagram announces the release of another smartphone.

The information circulating is still scarce and the next model of the Chinese company could be called OnePlus Nord N10 5G. Rumors about the alleged features of the smartphone are still few, but it is believed that it could be a low-cost version of the recent OnePlus Nord. The phone could come specifically to the US market, where the OnePlus Nord is not currently on sale, and could be available in both 4G and 5G supported versions. From the company's announcement, it is therefore unclear whether the new smartphone will be distributed only in the US or also in Europe.

OnePlus Nord N10 5G, the features

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G smartphone could correspond to the model codenamed Billie, which has already appeared in several leaks in the last two months. According to rumors, it could be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 processor and 6GB RAM, with 128GB internal storage.

The screen would be a 6.49-inch Full HD+ with 90Hz refresh rate. The camera compartment will have a quad configuration, with 64-megapixel main sensor, 8-megapixel wide-angle secondary and a third 2-megapixel. These are the few information at the moment about the features, which are not yet confirmed officially.

OnePlus North N10 5G, launch date and price

The launch date for the new smartphone could coincide with that of the OnePlus 8T, set for next October 14. The goal of the Chinese company is to expand the offer of the OnePlus Nord family and also remain within the mid-range prices, so much so that the expected price for the smartphone would be about $ 400, about 340 euros at current exchange rates.

That a new smartphone is on the way is undoubted, since in the teaser published on the official profile of the company you can see the logo of the brand in black and white accompanied by the caption #ComingSoon, but to learn more you need to wait yet.
